1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GitTube (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GitTube is a SaaS idea discovery platform that helps developers find profitable business ideas by scanning GitHub trends. The Service includes:

  • GitHub trend analysis and SaaS idea scoring
  • Market validation with Google Ads demand data
  • PRD (Product Requirements Document) generation
  • Boilerplate starter kits for vibe coding

3. Account Registration

To use GitTube, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Scrape: Extract data in bulk for purposes outside the Service
  • Resell: Redistribute PRDs or starter kits without authorization
  • Misrepresent: Claim GitTube-generated ideas as proprietary research
  • Circumvent: Bypass usage limits or access controls
  • Violate Laws: Use the Service for illegal activities

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Credits and Billing

GitTube operates on a credit-based subscription model. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Unused credits do not roll over.

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The Service, including its design, features, and AI models, is owned by GitTube. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

Your Content: You retain ownership of businesses you build from insights. Generated PRDs and kits are licensed for your personal use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE idea profitability, market demand accuracy, uninterrupted service, or business success.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GITTUBE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

9. Termination

By You: Cancel your subscription at any time via account settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
